Mr and Mrs J had great news this week as the disposal of their timeshare at Club Marina  was finalised.

“ We are very happy with the service you provided, you did what what you said you were going to, thank you so much.”

Mr J contacted us towards the end of July as he needed to cancel his timeshare points based ownership at Club Marina.

Mr and Mrs J had owned their timeshare since 2006 and whilst getting some use of it, a change in Mr J’s employment mean that they would be leaving the UK for at least two years from early September. After conducting a telephone assessment we were able to confirm that we would be able to help them exit their timeshare contract, and would do our upmost to do so prior to the couple leaving the UK.

Our disposal team were delighted to be able to call Mr J and let him know his resort would be sending him an email to confirm that his timeshare ownership at Marina Palace had been successfully cancelled. Mr J received his confirmation the day prior to his departure from the UK, just in time!

We find that an average timeshare cancellation takes approximately 12 weeks to complete, obviously some are done quicker and some can take longer. We will always do our utmost to try to meet any deadlines imposed by circumstances wherever possible and we are pleased we managed to meet the deadline for Mr and Mrs J.
